Being able to create and distribute block patterns is the next logical step in the WordPress creator journey. Luckily we've got a strong place to start right here! 💌 A Challenge
So this is the part of the newsletter where I provide a mindset challenge for you to focus on until my next issue. This is something I am currently working on myself.
I challenge you to think more about your self-love language. I've had some really helpful conversations recently with friends about love languages. It may sound a little corny, but think that identifying and sharing this trait with people in your life can help anticipate needs and prevent conflict.
Recently, I saw a post about self-love languages. Which makes so much sense, since the first person you need to love and take care of every day is yourself.
If your love language is quality time, give yourself movie nights, sunshine, and hobbies. If it's words of affirmation, give yourself compliments, gratitude, and mindfulness. If it's physical touch, give yourself bubble baths, blankets, and exercise. For acts of service, organize, meal prep, and do self care. And if you're into receiving gifts, take a trip, treat yourself, or invest in yourself.
So your challenge this time around is to make an effort every day to honor your self-love language.
So that's your challenge! I'm glad you asked!
