  4. Request login information so I can get started protecting your website.

Within a week of the maintenance term beginning, I will:

  1. Audit your website and make recommendations that can help protect your website.
  2. Take a speed and performance test.
  3. Add your website to my monitoring tools.
  4. Perform security hardening steps to protect access to your website.
  5. Take a full backup of your website.
  6. Perform the first round of updates.
